Home and Remodeling Show Opens at Dulles Expo
News

CHANTILLY, Va. (WUSA) -- How would you like a marble shower with no grout? Or how about sleek glass solar panels? Those are just two of the hot new products featured at the first annual Home and Remodeling Show. It's taking place this weekend at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly and it's bringing together over 200 exhibitors.

"There are many people that are interested in improving their personal spaces, and I think that's what part of the theme of the show is about," said Liz Benkovich, Show Manager.

"More and more people are staying in their homes.  They're not moving.  They're not selling." said Justin Schopp with Moss Building and Design.  "Every day, people think about what can I do to make my life better and a lot of projects like kitchen projects and bath projects really add value to their homes and to their daily life."

The show is open Saturday, January 21, 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday, January 22, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.  Tickets are $10.
